Start & Go Innovative Solutions is building and growing a new team of IT specialists to develop and implement customized IT solutions for high-profile clients. The company currently has five operational offices in Italy: Siena (Headquarters), Rome, Milan, Bologna, Parma. Work location: Full-remote with occasional requirements to be present at our offices. The hiring location can be at any of the operational offices. Expected activities We seek bright individuals with a genuine desire to learn and challenge themselves, who approach and solve problems with innovative solutions (problem solving and "thinking outside the box"). As a Junior Software Engineer, you will participate in activities for one or more projects: Developing custom software based on modern technologies, supported by senior colleagues who will guide your growth. Working on functional analysis and, from the start, closely collaborating with clients, participating in meetings that will give you comprehensive exposure to all aspects of the project you are managing, while developing communication and problem-solving skills. If skills are assessed as suitable for immediate autonomous work (or within 1-2 weeks of onboarding), an immediate permanent apprenticeship contract is offered.
