Position Overview: The Physician Assistant will deliver critical medical support during state-declared emergencies, providing care in dynamic settings such as Medical Special Needs Shelters (MSNS), Points of Dispensing Sites (PODS), urgent care centers, and Temporary Medical Operation Staging Areas (TMOSA). Qualifications: Education: Graduation from an accredited PA program. Licensure: Active, unencumbered PA license in any U.S. state. Experience: 1 years in Emergency Medicine, Primary Care, or related fields . Technical Skills: Proficiency in patient assessments, emergency treatments, medication/vaccine administration, and behavioral health support. Soft Skills: Adaptability, teamwork, and calm decision-making under pressure. Key Responsibilities: Conduct patient screenings and medical assessments. Administer first aid, medications, and vaccinations. Collaborate with physicians and emergency response teams. Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to crisis protocols.
