Pricing & Commercial Excellence Manager

Aptar is seeking a Pricing & Commercial Excellence Manager based in Aptar Italy or Spain. This role involves developing and monitoring global Pricing & Commercial excellence practices to support our business strategy and roadmap. The candidate will also support initiatives to enhance Aptar’s customer centricity and profitable growth. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure the effective deployment of best practices across regions and segments. As a Pricing & Commercial Excellence Manager, you will: Lead and support efforts related to pricing and margin management Implement continuous improvement initiatives for margin optimization Develop KPIs, monitor performance, and provide insights for business decisions Enhance and support our global CRM system (SAP Cloud 4 Customer) Assist regional teams with Sales Force Effectiveness initiatives Coordinate data accuracy and maintenance within SAP and other systems Manage the new Contract Management system Lead pricing and margin initiatives Improve analysis and reporting tools (C4C, dashboards, etc.) Support the development of tools for pricing consistency across regions Collaborate with IS teams to improve internal systems Develop training materials and lead implementation events Education: Business degree required Masters/MBA preferred Required Skills: 5-7 years in Pricing, Marketing, or Sales roles Experience with PowerBI / CRM systems Experience in commercial effectiveness projects Proven ability to drive change and support global programs Leadership skills and team collaboration Data analysis from multiple sources Experience in multi-country, matrix environments Agile methodology proficiency Industry experience in B2B manufacturing preferred Additional Skills: Strong analytical and reporting skills Ability to manage multiple projects with multicultural teams Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, QlikView, Power BI Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus Excellent communication skills Customer-oriented and strategic thinking About Us: Aptar leverages insights, design, engineering, and science to develop innovative packaging solutions that enhance brand value and impact lives globally.
