Position: Project Developer for Data Centers To support this goal, we're looking for a Project Developer for Data Centers, who will contribute to the expansion and success of our Data Center projects. Your Mission As a Project Developer for Data Centers, you will play a crucial role in the development, planning, and execution of CED projects. You will manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, from site identification to final implementation, collaborating closely with technical teams, regulatory bodies, and external partners to ensure timely project delivery and operational success. Main Responsibilities Identify and develop CED development opportunities, assessing site suitability and connection availability. Assess logistical aspects to ensure the viability of the plant. Secure the necessary agreements for the Industrial land required for the plant development. Lead project management activities, including feasibility studies, permitting, and stakeholder coordination. Negotiate with landowners, regulatory agencies, and technical partners to secure all necessary project approvals. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including local authorities, suppliers, and business partners. Qualifications Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. At least 1 year of experience in project development or real estate within the renewable energy sector or industrial construction. Knowledge of Italian regulatory frameworks is a plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a results-driven team environment.
