Marketing Manager

Efinity Mortgage in Austin, TX is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our innovative team. As a key player in our growing company, you will have the exciting opportunity to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand awareness. Mortgage and/or Real Estate experience This position is based in Austin and is a M-F in-office position. Will provide relocation within Texas Compensation: $80,000 bonus Responsibilities: Design and launch dynamic Social Media campaigns at a company and in our local markets. Become the expert on our CRM tool and coach Loan Officers to implement CRM campaigns. Create flyers and educational seminars using graphic design and video editing skills that our Loan Officers can use. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, including ROI and key performance metrics. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and new technologies to ensure the company remains competitive in the market. Qualifications: 5 years of Social Media Marketing experience with advanced expertise with how to design, launch, and optimize campaigns through analytics 3 years with graphic and video editing design experience.
