What the job involves As a Hostel Cleansing Operative, you will deliver excellent cleaning services in flats and communal areas within hostels across the city. This includes: Ensuring health and safety compliance and practicing safe working procedures. Identifying and reporting repairs needed within flats and communal areas. Liaising with staff and supervisors to communicate operational issues. Recording detailed written reports to support operational processes. Undergoing training to meet standards and utilizing current technology. Maintaining active support of equality, health, and safety initiatives as part of corporate responsibilities.
