Position Title: Group Chief Marketing Officer Location: Dubai, UAE Role Overview: We are seeking a seasoned and forward-thinking marketing leader to guide the strategic direction and execution of marketing initiatives across a diverse portfolio of businesses— As Group Chief Marketing Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping brand narratives, enhancing customer engagement, and supporting business growth. Key Responsibilities: Design and oversee the implementation of a cohesive marketing strategy that aligns with the group’s broader commercial objectives Lead digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing, ensuring campaigns are performance-driven and insights-led Manage brand architecture, positioning, and go-to-market planning across multiple sectors Direct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions and maintain market relevance Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and measurable impact Foster strategic partnerships and manage stakeholder relationships to support brand growth and visibility Support international expansion strategies through participation in global events, exhibitions, and market-entry initiatives Keep abreast of evolving consumer trends, digital innovation, and marketing best practices to continuously refine the group’s marketing approach Candidate Profile: Minimum of 20 years’ marketing experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role Background spanning key sectors including real estate, retail, and hospitality Demonstrated success in high-growth environments, with the ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with a track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering impactful marketing outcomes
