Graduate Manufacturing Engineer – £30,000 The Role: You’ll be joining a dynamic and forward-thinking engineering team in a hands-on role designed to accelerate your development. This is an exciting opportunity to get involved with real projects from day one, including: Supporting the development and implementation of lean manufacturing practices Investigating and resolving production issues with practical engineering solutions Working with cross-functional teams including design, quality, and operations Contributing to new product introduction (NPI) and process optimization Assisting with data analysis and reporting for performance improvements What We’re Looking For: A degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related Engineering discipline Strong problem-solving skills and a practical, hands-on approach Excellent communication and a collaborative mindset Familiarity with CAD, Six Sigma, or Lean principles is advantageous (not essential) A genuine passion for engineering and process innovation What’s on Offer: Salary: £30,000 A clear development pathway and tailored graduate training Exposure to advanced technologies and engineering practices Supportive, team-oriented environment
