Sales Lead
Job Location
Brighton, United Kingdom
Job Description
Job Summary: Sell Pura Aventura’s exceptional holidays and be part of growing our leadership in sustainable travel. Why Pura Aventura? Join us on our mission to ignite a sense of discovery, joy, and connection through travel. We’ve been designing and delivering exceptional, thoughtful trips through the depths and breadths of Central & South America, Portugal, and Spain since 1999. Most of us work hybrid between home or travels and our ‘office by the sea’ in vibrant Brighton. We’re a diverse bunch, but we all share a passion for sustainable travel (and fun!). Our clients explore the most awe-inspiring yet often less-visited places in a way that protects and benefits the environment and the people who live there. Our direct relationships with our local hosts allow us to create truly exceptional experiences and itineraries that cannot be found elsewhere. Our Travel Positive® sustainability initiatives have been described by The Independent as "one of the travel industry’s most ambitious.” And we’re proud to be one of the first travel B Corps in the UK as well as a founding member of Travel by B Corp, an influential collective of B Corps within the travel industry. If all of this floats your boat and you want your passion for travel to fuel your next career move, we’d love to hear from you! The role Pura Aventura takes you closer. Locally-rooted enterprise and hosts are at the heart of every Pura Aventura holiday. Our network of trust helps us create travel experiences rich in personality, grounded in nature, and filled with the character of the communities you visit. Corporate hotel chains, Instagram hotspots, and scripted smiles are out. In their place are genuine local connections, nature’s beautiful unpredictability, and the unfiltered joy of a truly warm welcome. This is what you will be selling. We blend inside knowledge with outside perspectives to create exceptional tailormade holidays. If you come from within the travel industry, you’ll most likely have to learn a new way of working. There is a reason our holidays don’t look like other companies’ holidays, it’s because they are different. We encourage clients to go beyond the expected to get closer to the people & places we know they will love. As a key member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for tailoring exceptional holidays for our clients. You’ll manage inbound sales, build lasting relationships, and use your expertise to craft tailored itineraries that reflect our clients’ unique preferences while maintaining the highest standards of quality, and sustainability.
