Senior Adviser Manager Base Salary: £100,000 DOE 10% bonus Perks: Private medical, hybrid, up to 30 days annual leave, and more. I'm looking for a Senior Adviser Manager to take the reins of a high-performing team of Financial Advisers across Bath and Exeter. You’ll be delegating an experienced team, most with 5–15 years under their belt, backed by solid paraplanning and admin support. You’ll be leading from the front, helping shape team culture, driving performance, and getting hands-on with development programmes like graduate schemes and internal academies. About the Role As Senior Manager, you’ll oversee performance, regulatory compliance, and development across a team of Financial Advisers. Through one-to-one coaching, client observation, data analysis, and strategic planning, you'll enable your team to deliver outstanding financial advice and client service.
