Team Leaders (Mechanical, Electrical, Building)

Venn Group is working with a large NHS Trust to recruit several Team Leaders to oversee trades staff and successfully contribute to a high-quality service. Rate: £160 Day (umbrella) Duration: 6 months Hours: 37.5 per week Location: London Vacancies: 1 x Mechanical 1 x Electrical 1 x Fabric / Building The successful candidate will: Oversee the management and supervision of in-house, agency and contract staff Ensure planned preventative maintenance (PPM) works are issued to trades Supervise and monitor work to ensure SLAs and KPIs are met, maintaining an efficient service for staff and patients Effectively prioritise workload for yourself and team, keeping accurate records of all works undertaken Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices across the estates team Liaise with suppliers when necessary The successful candidate will have: NVQ-3 or equivalent in relevant trade Served a recognised apprenticeship Health & Safety qualifications Knowledge with HTM/HBN and guidance documents
