Digital Marketing Specialist

The business is looking for a data-driven, detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to take charge of CRM operations and email marketing campaigns across multiple brands. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a varied, fast-paced setting and enjoys digging into data to improve campaign performance. The successful candidate will be a key player in delivering effective digital strategies, contributing to both tactical execution and broader marketing planning. What you will be doing Manage and optimise CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) for campaign execution and customer engagement Plan and deliver email marketing campaigns—from segmentation and automation to performance tracking Conduct A/B testing and report on key metrics (open rates, conversion rates, etc.) Develop and refine content for emails, social media, and digital platforms Collaborate with the wider marketing team to ensure campaigns align with strategic goals Maintain and update customer databases to enable smart targeting and personalisation Stay up to date with trends in digital marketing, email automation, and CRM innovation What you’ll need… 2 years of experience in CRM management, email marketing, and campaign analytics Proficiency with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (SEO, PPC, social media) Strong analytical skills and A/B testing experience Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail Experience with platforms like Mailchimp or Klaviyo is a plus Please note due to high volumes of applications unfortunately we are not always able to respond to all unsuccessful applicants.
