Graduate RF Test Engineer

We're looking for a Graduate RF Test Engineer to join our dynamic team and play a key role in the development and support of high-performance devices. What You’ll Do: Design, develop, and maintain RF/DC test systems for production environments Support the introduction of new product tests into manufacturing Perform RF test development (S-parameters, power, noise figure, etc.) Analyse test data and generate reports (SPC, wafer maps, statistical correlations) Troubleshoot test equipment and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Assist and train technicians and production staff Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Technology and Reliability What We’re Looking For: HND or Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (or a related field) Understanding of RF and DC testing Familiarity with test instruments such as VNAs, spectrum analysers, and noise figure meters Some experience with software development or scripting (e.g., Python, LabVIEW, MATLAB) Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills Ready to kickstart your career in RF engineering?
