Marketing & Packaging Designer

Harmoniz - The Art of Seed Innovation is a global agtech company specializing in breeding greenhouse seeds. . The company is focused on developing innovative, great-tasting, and virus-resistant tomatoes, expanding into pepper and cucumber seed development. We’re looking for a talented and motivated Marketing & Packaging Designer to join our UK team, based in Sandwich, Kent. This role is ideal for a creative, hands-on designer with a passion for branding, packaging, and visual storytelling. As part of our global marketing team, you’ll gain exposure to international marketing initiatives and cross-market projects while being embedded in a dynamic, innovative, and fun UK-based team. Responsibilities: Design and develop packaging and visual identities for new and existing consumer brands Translate consumer insights and retail needs into compelling, value-driven design solutions Support the creation of other marketing assets, including social media content, trade show materials, videos, and promotional items Assist in global marketing activities such as website creation and management, digital campaigns, international conferences, and other cross-market initiatives Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in product, graphic, or packaging design (FMCG or retail experience is a plus) Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) A good understanding of both digital and print design principles Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders Creativity and attention to detail in marketing materials and customer presentations Ability to multitask and manage projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
