We are part of a global energy group with a strong presence in renewable energy and innovation. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Assistant Intern to join our Commercial and Contracting Management Team in Paris. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in procurement operations within an international environment. Key Responsibilities Organize and archive procurement documents in both SharePoint and physical formats. Register suppliers in our internal platform and SAP systems. Manage invoice processing: scan, record, and forward documents to our international procurement and commercial team. Maintain and update contract records in Excel, extracting data from our internal platform. Potential to evolve into a purchasing role based on performance and interest. Desired profile: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Procurement, or a related field. Interpersonal Skills: Comfortable working in a multicultural environment Proactive, adaptable, and self-motivated Highly organized and detail-oriented Able to work independently and collaboratively Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Fluent in English.
