Your Responsibilities: As a CRM Database Structuring & Enrichment Intern , you will play a central role in a strategic project for the Group. As part of the Business Development team, you will be responsible for rebuilding, structuring, and enriching our customer and prospect databases in Salesforce , the world’s leading CRM, across several European countries. Your key responsibilities will include: • Implementing a structured process to rebuild CRM databases in multiple markets (France, Spain, Germany, Benelux, etc.) • Ensuring proper hierarchical structuring of data (Groups / Companies / Dealerships) using a clear and logical approach • Enriching the databases by identifying, researching, and completing key contact information (titles, names, emails, etc.) using trusted sources such as LinkedIn, company websites, and other public data • Collaborating closely with Marketing, Sales Operations, and local Sales teams to ensure the accuracy and consistency of the data • Cleaning, standardizing, and organizing existing records to ensure uniqueness, reliability, and usability • Working extensively in Excel to manage, analyze, and prepare large data sets for import into Salesforce • Contributing to documentation and continuous improvement of the process to ensure it is scalable and repeatable across markets This internship offers a unique opportunity to be at the heart of the Group’s commercial data transformation , with high-impact outcomes. You will gain valuable international exposure and develop key skills in CRM, B2B data management, and cross-functional collaboration. ️‍♂️ What We're Looking For: • Education: Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school, or university program with a focus on marketing, data, or business development • Experience: Prior experience in data management, CRM, or marketing is a plus • Technical Skills: Strong command of Excel (formulas, filters, pivot tables, etc.) is mandatory; knowledge of Salesforce is a strong advantage • Languages: Fluent English is required (spoken and written). French or any other European language is a plus • Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with data using a methodical and detail-oriented approach • Autonomy & Initiative: Self-driven and curious, eager to investigate and take ownership of tasks • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with international and cross-functional teams Our Recruitment Process: 30-minute introductory call with our Talent Acquisition Specialist.
