Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns focused on conversion and audience engagement. Define and monitor performance metrics, analyzing data and KPIs for continuous strategy improvement. Develop and implement efficient sales funnels, optimizing the customer journey. Prepare and analyze campaign performance reports to support strategic decision-making. Coordinate and align projects with national and international advertising agencies to ensure brand communication consistency. Research market trends and new strategies to optimize campaign results. Work closely with sales and product teams to ensure integration between marketing and lead conversion. Requirements Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related fields. Advanced or fluent English (mandatory). Proven experience in performance marketing and campaign management. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, or similar. Knowledge of sales funnel management and customer journey optimization. Strong skills in managing and aligning with national and international advertising agencies. Analytical and results-oriented profile. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in the legal or international consulting sector.
