The Role: Entry-Level Recruiter Hourly Staffing This is a full-time remote opportunity for a motivated, detail-oriented recruiter to join our growing team. As an Entry-Level Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment cycle for hourly foodservice roles using various digital platforms and communication tools. You'll play a key role in ensuring we meet staffing demands quickly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Post and manage job listings using ATS tools (such as EPAY and HiringThing) Screen applications and maintain an organized candidate pipeline Communicate with applicants via phone and text using Dialpad Recruit and assess candidates for hourly roles (cooks, dishwashers, catering staff) Ensure accurate onboarding documentation and compliance Respond promptly to urgent and emergency staffing requests Work closely with internal teams to fulfill staffing needs Build and maintain a pool of pre-qualified candidates for future assignments About You 1 year of experience in recruiting, HR, or customer service (internships welcomed) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Tech-savvy and confident using ATS platforms and messaging tools Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Self-motivated and proactive; thrives in a remote work environment Clear, neutral English accent is essential Quick learner with a growth mindset Previous experience in hospitality or foodservice is a plus Must have own IT equipment (laptop, internet, headset)
