Part Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities: Assist customers in identifying and purchasing required automotive parts and accessories Provide expert advice on parts compatibility and specifications Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available stock, pricing, and promotions Develop and maintain strong relationships with both retail and trade customers Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering new inventory as needed Ensure displays are clean, organized, and aligned with current promotions Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints professionally Work collaboratively with the workshop and service departments to ensure timely part deliveries Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics Minimum Requirements: Matric / Grade 12 Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive parts sales (non-negotiable) Strong understanding of automotive parts and industry standards Excellent communication and customer service skills Computer literate (experience with automotive parts software/systems advantageous) Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be based in or able to commute to Sandton
