As the High School Principal, you will play a pivotal role in guiding both the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the school. You will inspire staff, students, and the broader school community while upholding the schools commitment to holistic education, high academic standards, and a nurturing, future-focused environment. Qualifications required: A recognised degree in Education (a postgraduate qualification such as an MBA or a business-related degree will be advantageous). Current SACE registration is essential. Experience and skills required: Proven leadership experience as a Principal or Deputy Principal within the private or high-performing public education sector. Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional matric results and foster academic excellence. Strong financial and business management capabilities, including budgeting and financial planning. Visionary leadership with the ability to motivate staff and drive innovation while maintaining a culture of high achievement. Previous exposure to boarding environments is advantageous. Key Responsibilities: Drive the schools academic strategy and ensure consistent top-tier performance across all grades. Lead, manage, and develop teaching staff to ensure ongoing professional growth and excellence.
