REQUIREMENTS Grade 12 A Qualification in Tourism 5 years experience in a Senior Inbound Consultant position High attention to detail Being able to work extended hours during peak season Exceptional Multitasking ability Good communication skills Working under pressure and a team player Minimum five years experience in travel and South African travel leisure market DUTIES Manage Detailed travel plans for group clients travelling to Southern Africa. Ensure you are delivering the best quality package for the group as per their budget and needs. Event coordination to fit in with group requirements Create and compile complex itineraries arranging everything with all details from A Z Oversee accommodation details per group Keep to the deadlines Effective liaison with all parties up to finalisation Follow up on quotations building relationships further Ensure confirmation, invoice and booking process is all done timeously.
