DevOps Engineer (Rust/AI)

Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer to join their team in Cape Town. This is an on-site role best suited for a candidate with a strong foundation in DevOps practices, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure. In addition to the listed responsibilities, experience with Rust, AI integration, and social media API integration is essential. Key Requirements · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience) · 3 years in a DevOps role with hands-on experience in automation and infrastructure management · Expertise in Bitbucket Pipelines and Jenkins · Advanced Terraform and AWS proficiency · Strong understanding of Docker and Kubernetes · Experience with scripting (Bash, Python, or Groovy) · Familiarity with Git and CI/CD workflows · Solid understanding of cloud security best practices · Experience integrating AI technologies and social media APIs (required) · Proficiency in Rust (required) S hould you meet the requirements for this position, please email your CV to it.jobs@mspstaffing.co.za .
