Our client is looking for an IPD Billing Head to join their team in a prestigious hospital in Papua New Guinea. Location: Port Moresby, PNG Position Type: Clinical Billing Services Key Responsibilities: Lead inpatient-department billing team and processes All candidates must have clinical or Hospital experience Monitor billing accuracy, denial rates, and collection KPIs Coordinate with clinical departments for charge capture Train billing staff on new systems and compliance standards Requirements: Graduate in Healthcare Management Minimum 5 years hospital IPD billing experience Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities Strong understanding of healthcare finance and coding
