Leader in Energy Market Responsibilities: Provide technical support for both routine and non-routine production activities, ensuring best practices that enhance safety, reliability, and efficiency. Assess current production processes, recommend improvements, and implement continuous process enhancements focusing on safety initiatives, equipment reliability, and operational excellence. Identify and resolve process and equipment issues, optimizing operational performance and efficiency. Monitor plant performance metrics, including power consumption index, process availability, efficiency, and reliability, supported by field data analysis. Lead and execute energy efficiency and optimization projects to enhance sustainability and cost-effectiveness. Manage alarm systems for designated areas, proactively reducing unnecessary alarms to maintain operational stability. Oversee Management of Change for terminal modifications, taking a lead role in various projects as needed. Participate in safety and design reviews and evaluations such as HAZID, HAZOP, FMEA, SPF, model reviews, SIL reviews, RAM analysis, and layout assessments, ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory standards. Review and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) and startup manuals to align with design limitations and operational requirements. Conduct inspections and investigations of equipment and production systems to optimize performance and implement corrective measures. Assist the Production Manager in reporting and investigating HSSE-related near misses or violations. Serve as the custodian of Operation Abnormality Reports, overseeing report status, conducting initial investigations, and driving root cause analysis and resolution. Participate in emergency response activities, fulfilling designated roles and responsibilities as assigned. Requirements: Bachelors' Degree in Chemical Engineering or related Preferably with 8 years of relevant hands-on experience in process engineering in related industries Good knowledge of commissioning, operations and troubleshooting of large and complex processes in the oil, gas or petrochemical industry Candidates who are SCEM will be preferred Safety Knowledge especially in Process Safety Management, Process Hazard Analysis and Functional Safety would be advantageous How to Apply: If you are a team player, meticulous & organized, and more importantly, believe that YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE, we would like to hear from you.
