Must have Skills This role is ideal for a multidisciplinary designer who is both a conceptual thinker and executional leader. You will craft compelling visual narratives across digital and print, including dynamic social content and motion assets, ensuring brand consistency, accessibility, and compliance. You will work autonomously on creative proposals. Responsibilities Design and produce visual content, including display ads, email graphics, social media assets, including display ads, emails, social media graphics, campaign landing pages, presentations, and print collateral. Apply brand guidelines and design systems to ensure visual consistency and compliance across all formats. Deliver production-ready assets with minimal creative input, incorporating feedback from senior designers and marketing leads. Ensure visuals meet accessibility standards and align with brand and legal compliance requirements. Collaborate with creative leads and offshore teams to manage a high volume of deliverables and maintain quality under tight timelines. Own the end-to-end process of developing social-first creative concepts—including carousels, reels, animated stories, and interactive posts—optimized for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. Deliver motion-based content using tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, or equivalent to create short-form video, cinemagraphs, and animated explainers. Translate stakeholder input and business objectives into strategic visual direction and creative briefs. Develop and pitch creative proposals proactively that align with campaign strategies and audience insights. Qualifications 4 years of experience in visual design, with a strong portfolio covering social media campaigns, motion graphics, and brand storytelling. Advanced graphic motion experience Strong conceptual thinking and a track record of developing autonomous creative ideas for social campaigns. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, plus experience in After Effects or Premiere Pro and motion graphics tools. Experience collaborating with marketing strategists, content creators, and performance marketing teams. Understanding of platform-specific trends, formats, and best practices for digital and social media.
