Communications Manager

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in shaping the way our company is perceived by key audiences. You will drive brand awareness by being involved in all stages of the communications process from concept to message development to result oriented evaluation Responsibilities Identify resistance and performance gaps, and work to develop and implement corrective actions. Establish metrics, track progress and develop tools to improve communication effectiveness. Use social media to tell our story in creative and inspiring ways that resonate with various audiences Build positive working relationships and proactively partner with leaders to identify and fulfill their communications needs and help them drive faster adoption, greater utilization and higher proficiency on the changes impacting employees in these organizations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Communications 5 years' of experience in communications operations Experience posting and formatting content using a Content Management System (CMS) Excellent written and verbal communication skills English
