Job Description

Purpose of the Job We are looking for a motivated Junior Analyst to support the onboarding and offboarding experience for our North American Zone. This is a great opportunity for someone starting their career in Human Resources to gain hands-on experience with HR systems, employee lifecycle processes, and stakeholder collaboration. You will learn to manage data entry in our HR system (Workday), support onboarding coordination, and assist with exit interviews for departing employees. Key Responsibilities Support data entry and updates in the HR Information System (Workday), ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Assist in organizing and hosting New Hire Orientation sessions, including scheduling and stakeholder coordination. Collaborate with the People and Talent Acquisition teams to help schedule and support onboarding activities. Provide timely support to Hiring Managers, New Hires, and HR Partners with onboarding/offboarding questions. Help track onboarding checklists and coordinate with IT and Functional teams for equipment/access. Participate in exit interviews and help analyze key feedback and trends. Suggest improvements and identify opportunities to simplify routine processes. Support reporting tasks or automation efforts under guidance from more senior team members. Learn to identify and escalate process issues for quick resolution. Required Skills Education: Bachelor's degree recent graduate Technical Skills: Advanced conversational English level. Basic understanding of HRIS systems (Workday exposure is a plus). Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams). Knowledge of Power BI or Power Automate is a plus but not required. Soft Skills: Eagerness to learn and grow in an HR environment. Organized and detail-oriented mindset. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Curious and proactive, not afraid to ask questions or challenge how things are done. Positive attitude and service-oriented approach. Experience: Up to 1 year of internship or work experience in Human Resources or related areas.
