Puedes solicitarlo también en Word si lo necesitas en ese formato. Job Purpose Provide timely and accurate support for customer quotations, spare parts management, and chatbot interactions. Ensure the spare parts warehouse is organized and operational. Translate technical documentation and support materials when needed. This role is key in maintaining high customer satisfaction and supporting Taviga’s technical and post-sales operations. Key Responsibilities Prepare and send customer quotations accurately and in a timely manner. Manage the spare parts inventory, including reception, dispatch, and storage. Operate and update the customer service chatbot for technical and general inquiries. Translate technical documents, manuals, and internal communications (English ↔ Spanish). Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and quotations. Coordinate with the logistics and technical service teams to ensure availability and delivery of parts. Support walk-in customers at the warehouse with product information and service guidance. Conduct regular inventory counts and updates in the system. Drive to pick up or deliver parts as needed (requires valid driver’s license). Communicate with suppliers and manufacturers in English when needed. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) 100% of quotations sent within 24 hours. Inventory accuracy ≥ 98%. Chatbot response update time ≤ 1 business day. Translation delivery on-time rate ≥ 95%. Customer satisfaction score ≥ 8.5/10. Zero stockouts of critical parts. Other Requirements Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written). Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook) and inventory/CRM systems. Valid driver’s license. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Able to lift up to 20 kg and operate in a warehouse environment.
