As Workday Integration Consultant: You'll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to complete transformations, you'll provide integrated, cloud-based HR solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work. In this role, you will help our clients get the most out of their Workday investment by: Integration Leadership & Expertise : Share best practices and lead discovery sessions on Workday integrations, including system rationalization and domain-specific solutions. Project Delivery & Team Management : Oversee integration design and documentation, guide a team of consultants, and ensure high-quality delivery in close collaboration with clients and stakeholders. Client Engagement & Pre-Sales Support : Host workshops, lead discussions, and contribute to shaping integration solutions during pre-sales and client engagement phases. Job Qualifications We are looking for experience in the following skills: Proficiency in multiple integration areas (i.e. Workday Studio, Connectors, EIBs) Experience from several full-cycle Workday implementations, including requirements gathering, integration design, testing and deployment Ability to meet client travel requirements as needed, and efficiently manage virtual team and client interactions Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Fluency in English and Italian Set yourself apart: Workday up-to-date Integration certification Cloud Connect Third Party Payroll and Benefits experience Workday Studio Certification Ability to work closely with a global team including offshore delivery teams Workday Reporting/PRISM/Extend experience Workday HCM or Financials functional / consulting experience Fluency in another language: Spanish, German, French, Dutch a.o
