Junior Funding Intern > Roma Main task Supporting the Funding Manager in coordination and managing EU funded project Key Responsibilities: Supporting the management and implementation of EU-funded project activities Maintaining operational relations with the EU Commission and project partners Assisting in planning, monitoring, and supervising the progress of the project from both administrative & financial and technical perspectives, with the support of the project's technical coordinator Collaborating in planning activities among partners, organizing activities, and preparing accurate project reports Supporting the organization of project meetings and events Assisting in managing and monitoring the budget for both the IDV portion and partners' contributions Qualifications: Good understanding of the business value within the project Able to manage complex project activities and EU management tools Fluent in English, willingness to travel Degree in Management Engineering or Business Administration (desired) Skills: Passionate of innovation & tech Passionate of EU and tech development Able to manage relations at different level Creative with ability to manage different aspect of the project
