As a Program Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale business transformations from initiation to successful, high-quality, post launch execution and quality. Key job responsibilities Own the End-to-End Product Lifecycle for Amazon’s most innovative, speed-driven programs, from ideation to scaling. Lead Cross-Functional Teams to develop and deliver solutions that enhance speed, efficiency, and customer experience. Define and Prioritize Product Roadmaps, aligning initiatives with Amazon’s strategic goals in speed and innovation. Develop Clear Product Requirements, ensuring business needs are translated into actionable development plans. Drive Timely, On-Budget Execution of product launches, managing resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations. Ensure Scalability and Operational Excellence by embedding best practices for seamless expansion and long-term success. Basic Qualifications A successful candidate will demonstrate key skills which will be required: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field. Significant experience in operations, process improvement, or a related function. Strong analytical and quantitative skills to identify opportunities, estimate improvements, streamline and automate their work. Ability to earn trust and influence a broad group of stakeholders worldwide to achieve program goals. Curiosity and ability to understand complex technical systems and processes. Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously. Ability to work in a nascent, rapidly changing and ambiguous environment. Ability to clearly communicate in both written and spoken form to stakeholders at different seniority and in different functions.
