The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing new business opportunities and strong organizational and analytical skills, on top of an out of the box thinking and can-do attitude. Responsibilities: Identify and develop new opportunities (Market, sector, application) in the automation sector. Establish and maintain relationships with potential customers. Collaborate with internal and external technical stakeholders to understand customer needs and check the fit with copmany’s solutions offering. Prepare, submit, close strategic partnership agreements. Monitor market trends and competition to identify market macrotrends and new growth opportunities. Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote the company and its products. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related field. At least 3-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the intralogistics automation industry. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral (C1). Willingness to travel frequently. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proactivity, can do attitude and ability to work independently. Offer : A dynamic and stimulating work environment.
