We are seeking talented individuals for our Graduate Specialist Program – Junior Sales Engineer Assembly Technologies role, based in Cernusco sul Naviglio (MI) . This program offers a structured training path to develop technical skills and cross-functional competencies such as sales techniques, communication, customer management, and problem-solving. The training combines in-field learning in Italy with practical experience at our international plants and headquarters. You will be trained to: Shape the future: Support sales strategies in Piemonte and Lombardia, working with direct customers in Automotive, Assembly, and FMCG sectors, and collaborating with indirect sales partners. You will analyze market data and identify new opportunities to expand the customer portfolio. Experience collaboration: Work closely with local sales teams, channel partners, and headquarters to align efforts, share best practices, and implement tailored solutions. Take responsibility: Assist in sales negotiations, manage customer relationships, and support sales cycle activities to meet sales targets and grow your commercial skills. Innovate and develop: Analyze market trends and customer needs to propose assembly technology solutions. Represent Bosch at industry events and trade fairs to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. Qualifications: University degree or ITS specialization in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields. English proficiency at minimum B1 level, capable of communication with international teams and headquarters. Skills: Motivated to achieve results and focused on customer satisfaction. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across stakeholders. Reliable, proactive, and eager to grow with an entrepreneurial spirit.
