We provide a unique opportunity for professional growth through a new training pathway dedicated to Business Analysts who want to acquire specific skills in using the PASS suite, a leading platform for managing insurance processes. The employment is permanent from the first day of training. The training program is designed to provide in-depth knowledge of the insurance sector, with a specific focus on using the PASS suite. Through targeted theoretical lessons and real case studies, participants will develop technical and functional skills directly applicable to real projects. Thanks to a structured training pathway, participants can specialize as PASS Business Analyst Experts, with the possibility of obtaining an official certification recognizing their acquired skills. The training lasts a total of 5 weeks: 2 weeks of classroom training, 2 weeks on the RGI E-Learning platform, and 1 week of on-the-job training, after which you can take the exam for the PASS Business Analyst Expert certification. Once the training is completed, your responsibilities will include: Gathering Business Requirements (BR), identifying functional specifications, and drafting project documentation; Performing functional tests on evolutionary projects; Providing functional support to the development team and interacting with business units; Supporting analysis on Application Maintenance services. Requirements Up to 3 years of experience in the role, preferably within insurance projects; Ability to prepare functional documents, analyze processes, and existing functionalities; Knowledge of Agile principles; Knowledge of SQL; Planning skills, organizational abilities, and problem-solving; Good logical skills, data analysis capabilities, and attention to detail; Result-oriented, proactive attitude, good interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a team; English proficiency (B2 or higher).
