Aptar is seeking a Commercial Excellence Data & Systems Analyst based in Sassari, Italy or Spain , responsible for developing and implementing Commercial Excellence processes through CRM and other systems. The role supports Aptar’s customer-centricity journey and profitable growth, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other teams to deploy best practices across regions and segments. The Data & Systems Commercial Excellence Analyst will report to the Global CE Director. As a Commercial Excellence Data & Systems Analyst, you will: Develop the Internal Commercial Mindset Optimize the Customer Experience Maintain and standardize reports and insights tools (e.g., C4C, Pipeline Projection, Customer Dashboards) Manage customer database, including requirements, contacts, contracts, and pipeline opportunities Ensure CRM and opportunity pipeline best practices adherence Collaborate with IS teams to improve internal systems Carry out Contract Management activities Support sales training initiatives and provide system support to commercial teams Education: Bachelor of Business degree required Required Skills: 3-5 years’ experience in Sales Analysis with CRM expertise; experience in Sales, Marketing, or Pricing is beneficial Experience in sales effectiveness projects and supporting global programs Leadership skills and team collaboration Ability to analyze large datasets from various sources Additional Skills: Strong reporting and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple projects with multicultural teams Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, ERP, and BI tools (SAP, QlikView, Power BI) Fluency in English; other languages are a plus Excellent communication skills Customer orientation and strategic thinking Who We Are: At Aptar, we leverage insights, design, engineering, and science to develop innovative packaging solutions that enhance brand value and impact lives globally.
