We're Hiring: Business Assistant Trainee Job Summary The intern will join the Facilities team within the Human Resources department. The primary focus of this role is to support administrative operations related to corporate travel management, employee expense control, and car fleet administration. The Intern will handle tasks such as managing data in SAP, generating reports, and assisting employees with travel and expense-related inquiries. Additionally, the role involves cross-departmental collaboration, ensuring audit compliance, and performing other administrative responsibilities as required. Key Accountabilities Car fleet: administrative tasks, download km travel reports, perform electric cars report analysis, control fleet list Travel: invoicing download into SAP and posting all the invoices, accounts reconciliations Control travel expense reports Help employees on enquiries about travel expenses. Collaboration in case of internal or external audit Prepare information to provide to other departments Other administrative tasks upon request Minimum Knowledge & Experience required for the position: Student that is able to sign a Learning Agreement with the University/School Knowledge of SAP is a plus Extensive knowledge of Microsof Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Language fluency: Spanish native, medium level of English is a must Skills & Capabilities: High communication skills, both written and spoken Responsible, self-demanding in the achievement of a good job Proactive and with hands on mentality Self-organized, able to deal with heavy workload Concern for learning and understanding processes and tools, seeking the optimization of resources Open to change, flexible and able to adapt and learn from others Analytical capacity to understand the processes Professional even when performing repetitive tasks Role model in terms of Ethics and Compliance Why WERFEN?
