Mission Member of Iberia´s Technical Team of Execution iHUB department, the Site Manager/Technical Leader is responsible for leads a team of Customer Project Technical Senior Technicians and Engineers. Leads design and implementation of all the technical parts of an integrated customer project. May also perform technical operational activities in some specific technical areas. Manages technical risks and interfaces between the project team stakeholders and the customer and manage final customer approval of the technical solution designed and delivered in Medium and Low Voltage Areas . Project Types : On Site Teams Coordination, Medium Voltage, Low Voltage Experience in Medium Voltage cabinets, Low Voltage cabinets (Distribution, PCCs, MCCs, etc.), Protection relays (IEDs) and Protections, design, validation, FAT, SAT and commissioning to provide the solution to the customer, meeting the customer projects specifications. Main responsibilities of the position Provides and specifies the technical solution according to the customer's requirements in relation to the offer. Validates the technical choices and technical solutions supporting to quoting phase and throughout the project and compliance of the final solution, according to Schneider solutions in Medium Voltage and Low Voltage scope. Review technical documentation to optimize the solution and assure the customer requirement compliance. Directly controls the technical people consisting of design, purchases, installation and commissioning teams (internal or external, in Iberia or abroad). Provides the necessary reporting to the Project Manager (PM) and / or instances of the Project. Collaborate on request with purchasing department, providing the best technical solution to create and validate the technical offer before sending it to the customer. Implement and share all Critical Applications from “Product information” platform to update the Iberian Hub - iHUB Medium and Low Voltage Solutions. As an interlocutor with the subcontractors during the execution of the project and follow-up of the subcontractors in terms of assembly validation. Drive stakeholders’ technical relationship and proactively communicate (Provide and support technical solutions and specifications compliance). Knowledge and Experience: Knowledge and experience to managements internal and external teams On Site - Mandatory Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in products and systems of Medium Voltage and Low Voltage Areas. Experience in projects execution with equipment’s of Medium Voltage and Low Voltage Areas. Work with pressure On Site, to fulfill the projects on schedule. Knowledge in Data Centers and tests levels (L1 to L4) is a plus advantage. Knowledge in Schneider Medium Voltage cabinets (McSet, SM6, PremSet, etc.) is a plus. Knowledge in Schneider Low Voltage cabinets (Prisma, Spacial SM/SF, Okken, etc.) is a plus. Knowledge in Schneider Protection Relays (Sepam, Easergy P3, Easergy P5, Micom, TesysT, etc.) is a plus. Knowledge in industrial communications (Modbus, IEC61850, etc.). Knowledge and experience in Medium Voltage and Low voltage protection settings is a plus. Knowledge and experience in Schneider softwares (ProDiag, SFT, VampSet, Easergy Pro, SoMove, etc.) is a plus. Proven experience in: Conflicts management Knowledge Mgt & Collaboration Communicate Effectively Customer Process Knowledge Execution Management Customer Application Knowledge Offer and Application Knowledge Multi Technological Optimization Influence & Convince Focus on Customer Technical Leadership in works on the customer sites. Domain in Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, etc.). Experience in MS Project is a plus advantage. Experience with a CAD software (Autocad, Eplan) is a plus advantage. Experience in ERP systems (SAP). Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese. Speak both languages are a plus advantage. Good level of English to be able to speak and write with colleagues and customers. Availability to work on Iberia area (Spain and Portugal, islands included). Possibility of traveling outside the Iberian area (Europe, Middle East, Africa, etc.).
