Account Manager £30–38k | Hampshire or Manchester | Hybrid I’m working with an award-winning boutique PR agency known for delivering standout B2B campaigns across the tech, sustainability, and food & drink sectors. They’re looking for a sharp and ambitious Account Manager to join their growing team. You’ll be part of a collaborative and high-performing environment, supporting global clients through smart media relations, engaging content, and strategic consultancy. What You’ll Be Doing: Building strong relationships with clients and managing day-to-day activity across multiple accounts Planning and executing PR strategies across traditional and digital channels Creating high-quality written content, from press releases to thought leadership pieces Monitoring media for opportunities and managing media outreach and coverage Supporting and mentoring junior team members Managing budgets, timelines, and campaign reporting Contributing to new business pitches and growing existing accounts What They’re Looking For: 18–24 months B2B agency experience (Senior Account Executive level or higher) Confident across media relations, social media scheduling, and reporting Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone across sectors Comfortable managing multiple clients and deadlines Able to build trust quickly with both clients and colleagues Happy to work hybrid (3 days in office / 2 from home) and travel occasionally Perks & Benefits: Competitive salary and annual holiday allowance (increases with time) Buy/Sell holiday scheme Early finish Fridays Ongoing training & development (including CIPR membership) Regular socials and complimentary office breakfast Company laptop, flu jabs, eye tests Christmas shutdown Sound like a fit?
