The Role As Senior Sales Consultant / Supervisor , you’ll support the Showroom Manager in delivering an impeccable customer experience and maintaining the high standards our clientele expect. You'll play a key role in driving in-store sales, supporting eCommerce and social media activity, and helping lead a small, close-knit team. Key Responsibilities: Deliver an exceptional luxury experience to every client, in-store and online Support the day-to-day running of the showroom and uphold visual merchandising standards Take ownership of sales opportunities and consistently meet performance targets Contribute to the management and growth of the brand’s social media presence Assist with eCommerce operations and international order fulfilment Respond to customer queries with polish and professionalism Build lasting relationships with VIP and high-net-worth clients Act as a trusted brand ambassador at all times What You will Bring: Experience in luxury retail at Senior Sales, Supervisor, or Assistant Manager level Strong interpersonal skills and a confident, customer-first mindset Familiarity with eCommerce processes and social media platforms High attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude A passion for boutique retail, fashion, and lifestyle Professionalism, commercial awareness, and a desire to grow with the business Why Join?
