What You'll Do Design and launch the College’s Sports Academy model from scratch Forge partnerships with clubs, schools, governing bodies, and elite organisations Create elite pathways for student-athletes and build recruitment pipelines Shape training, events, and competitions from local leagues to international exposure Be the face of the Academy — pitch it, sell it, live it Align sport with academic excellence (yes, it’s possible!)
