Property Paralegal

Property Paralegal Hybrid Working Part-time (21 hours per week) £15 - £20 per hour (Interim/Umbrella) Sellick Partnership are currently seeking a Property Paralegal to join a well-respected Local Authority based in the South East for a Locum assignment. The successful candidate will join a friendly and supportive team and take on a variety of work including assisting on: A mixed portfolio of both commercial and residential matters Freehold/Leasehold Right to buy Assisting Senior Solicitors with their caseload Assisting with legal administration Experience of working within property is essential but we're open to speaking with candidates with either public or private sector experience who have just graduated with a Law Degree or Legal Practice Course. This position is initially for 3 months , but will be reviewed and potentially extended nearer the time. This is a part-time role 3 days per week (21 hours).
