Customer Service - Mortgages

Honeycomb is thrilled to be working in partnership with a well-established financial services organisation to recruit a customer and broker support administrator on a permanent basis. This role will be based in Belfast, with the potential for hybrid working after an initial training period. The role Be the first point of contact for Mortgage Brokers contacting the lender. Look after the online broker platform. Mortgage Support enquiries. Provide ongoing customer support to customers who engage through the online mortgage and savings portals Maintaining a detailed knowledge of products and services to help resolve broker queries Various reporting and administration duties. Assisting and completing regulatory reporting duties and meeting deadlines. Essential Criteria 6 GCSE passes (or equivalent) at Grade C or above, including English and Maths Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships and engage with key stakeholders High degree of accuracy of data input and attention to detail 2 year's customer service experience Strong MS Office and IT skills Strong organisational skills demonstrating your ability to prioritise and manage your workload whilst using your own initiative The Benefits/ Package Substantial Employer Pension contributions at 20%.
