Marketing Development Representative

As an LDR, you’ll be the front line of our sales engine , helping turn interest into action by engaging with potential customers and identifying real business opportunities. What You'll Do: Qualify and route leads from marketing campaigns, events, and digital inquiries — making sure they get to the right salespeople. Follow up with prospects who’ve shown interest in ANSYS tools — via phone, email, and LinkedIn. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Channel Partners, and Product teams to understand what prospects need and how we can help. Support webinars, tradeshows, and live events — and be part of our customer engagement strategy both in-person and online. Use Salesforce and other CRM tools to track leads, log interactions, and build account intelligence. Leverage social media and digital tools to identify key decision-makers and start conversations. Share market feedback with internal teams to help shape better messaging and campaigns. What We’re Looking For: A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) — business or marketing is a plus Experience in customer-facing roles like sales, marketing, or support (internships count!) Strong communication skills — you’re confident on the phone, in writing, and on social media Organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn new tools and strategies Tech-savvy — you don’t need to be an engineer, but interest in technology and innovation is a must Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a big bonus Why Join Us?
