Job Description
Administrative & Sales Assistant Were seeking a reliable and versatile assistant to support admin tasks, customer service, basic sales, bookkeeping using Xero, and social media management. Ideal for someone organized, tech-savvy, and confident in a customer-facing role. Location: Moira Hours: 20hrs per week Salary: £14,000 - £16,000 per annum Key Responsibilities: General administration - data entry, filing, managing correspondence Sales support - answering calls, assisting customers, vetting calls for manager Bookkeeping - invoicing, expenses, vat returns and reconciliation in Xero Social media - create/schedule posts, monitor engagement (portfolio preferred) Office maintenance ensuring showroom and offices are kept clean and organised Requirements: Previous bookkeeping and administrative experience Proficient in Xero and Google G-Suite Strong communication and multitasking skills Familiarity with social media platforms Portfolio of past social media work (preferred) Understanding of the automotive industry and vehicle parts would be advantageous Benefits: Competitive salary Working in a friendly supportive environment Free parking Pension contributions Staff discounts Flexible working hours To be considered for this position, please send us your up-to-date CV by clicking APPLY below.
