You should hold a 2:1 or First-Class degree in a relevant subject from a top 30 UK university and ideally have some prior experience working with young people in a tutoring, mentoring or school-based capacity. A willingness to learn, excellent communication skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for maths education are essential.
