This role will work alongside the NPD Manager and development and commercial teams to develop customer briefs and then create samples and map out then manage the critical path through to launch. The role could suit a graduate with some dev kitchen / manufacturing experience or a food tech with 1-2 years experience, opportunities and projects and development plan can be tweaked to suit slightly different levels of experience.
