Your Role: As a Recruitment Resourcer, you'll become a crucial link between clients and candidates, responsible for: Actively sourcing and engaging skilled professionals aligned with our clients' evolving project needs. Managing candidate pipelines through databases, social media, and direct outreach. Presenting job opportunities with energy and precision to attract top talent. Conducting interviews, preparing candidate profiles, and guiding the recruitment process. Building strong relationships with candidates and clients by providing outstanding service. Spotting opportunities for business development and supporting marketing initiatives to grow our reach.
