With exciting new projects on the horizon, they’re looking for a Mechanical Build Engineer to join their growing team in Rotherham. You’ll play a key role in building, assembling, and installing complex electromechanical systems that solve real-world industrial challenges. ️ Your Key Responsibilities: Build and test bespoke automation systems to a high engineering standard Interpret and review mechanical technical drawings Collaborate across departments and provide technical feedback Identify and resolve mechanical/electrical faults on-site Travel to client sites for installation and commissioning Fit bearings, use DTIs, and work with tight tolerances ✅ What You’ll Bring: HNC, mechanical apprenticeship, or relevant hands-on experience Strong ability to read and work from technical mechanical drawings Experience with industrial mechanical builds, alignment, and precision tooling Full UK driving licence willingness to travel Proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail Strong communication and teamwork skills What’s on Offer: Up to £35,000 salary (DOE) Flexible start/finish times (Mon–Fri) 25 days holiday bank holidays Company pension & sick pay Free on-site parking Friendly, inclusive, and supportive work environment Generous overnight allowance when traveling Interested?
