Marketing Manager Edinburgh(West) Up to £40,000 Company Car Our client is on the lookout for a driven Marketing Manager to join their award-winning, UK-wide team. The Role: You’ll take full ownership of your brand’s marketing strategy and activity, leading the planning, delivery, and optimisation of campaigns across all channels. From digital and social to events, content, and in person activations, you’ll be responsible for driving awareness, engagement, and lead generation. You won’t be doing it alone. You’ll report to the Marketing Director and you’ll have the backing of a brilliant team, including specialists in creative, paid media, design, and content production, giving you the resource and expertise to bring your ideas to life and deliver impactful, results-driven campaigns. Responsibilities: Deliver multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, in person and experiential. Plan and run brand activations, and in person events. Manage social content calendars and schedule content across TikTok, Meta and YouTube. Support paid media execution and optimise campaign performance with in-house specialists. Lead influencer partnerships, from talent sourcing to content planning and relationship building. Brief, shape and deliver high-impact video content for social and digital platforms. Coordinate live broadcasts, managing presenters, schedules and content amplification. Track digital performance, improving website conversion, lead forms and landing pages. Generate quality leads through targeted, conversion-focused marketing activity. Own partner relationships, presenting marketing plans, results and campaign reports. Requirements : 3 years’ experience in a marketing role, delivering multi-channel campaigns. Confident working across digital, social media, events, and content production. Experience managing social content, influencer activity, and live brand activations. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Comfortable working with internal teams, partners, and external suppliers. Good understanding of paid media, reporting, and campaign performance metrics. Experience supporting video content creation and campaign amplification. Knowledge of lead generation activity and improving conversion across digital channels.
