Graduate Quality Engineer

Elevation Recruitment Group is working with a leading precision engineering manufacturer to recruit a Graduate Quality Engineer . This is a brilliant opportunity for an ambitious engineering graduate with some hands-on experience of CMM operation or programming to develop a long-term career in quality engineering . The Role: As part of the quality team, you'll: ✅ Operate and support programming of CMMs (e.g. Mitutoyo, PC-DMIS) ✅ Carry out component inspections (manual & automated) ✅ Read technical drawings and apply GD&T ✅ Assist with non-conformance investigations and audits ✅ Drive quality improvements across production What We're Looking For: Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or similar Engineering discipline Exposure to CMM inspection/programming Solid understanding of engineering drawings Strong communication and a team-focused mindset Enthusiasm to develop within a fast-paced manufacturing environment What’s On Offer: Ongoing training & mentorship Exposure to high-precision engineering & quality systems Real opportunities for career progression Competitive salary & benefits Interested?
